A New Standard of
Injury Care Is Coming.
Evidence-based injury care designed around better patient outcomes, cleaner documentation, and streamlined case management.
The Harmony Difference
Higher Clinical Standards
Thorough evaluations, immediate on-site diagnostics, and comprehensive neurological exams establish a clear clinical picture from day one. Objective findings and meaningful reassessments guide treatment through recovery, while detailed documentation accurately reflects the injury, care provided, and progress.
A Coordinated Approach
Injury care extends beyond the treatment room, and so does our commitment to each case. Providers remain actively engaged and directly accessible to a patient’s entire team throughout recovery — resulting in proactive communication, unmatched case management, and seamless continuity of care.
Care Without Compromise
Exceptional patient care requires time, attention, and thoughtful clinical decision-making. Appointments aren’t rushed, and treatment is never dictated by standardized scripts or schedules. At Harmony, care is built around the individual — adapting as each patient progresses towards recovery and their pre-injury life.
“Years spent treating patients within high-volume settings shaped our vision for Harmony. We know what excellent injury care requires, so we’re building the practice we believe patients deserve".

Meet Your Providers
Dr. Trey Potier
Co-Founder | Chiropractic Physician
-
A sports enthusiast originally on a pre-med track, Trey’s own recovery from back-to-back injuries introduced him to another side of healthcare. Before pursuing surgery for multiple disc herniations and bilaterally torn labrums, he explored physical therapy and chiropractic care. As his debilitating symptoms resolved and he returned to the sports he loved, he became fascinated by the role conservative care could play in recovery — an experience that changed the course of his career.
Since graduating with a degree in Exercise Science and doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2017, his practice has only reinforced the perspective that first brought him to the profession: effective recoveries follow individualized, conservative-first approaches grounded in multidisciplinary care.
Outside of the office, you’ll still find Trey on the golf course, behind the boat, or anywhere that gets him outdoors with his wife, kids, and their pack of rescue pups.
Dr. Dylan Saulsbery
Co-Founder | Chiropractic Neurologist
-
Dylan’s natural curiosity of human movement and performance led him to Penn State, where he studied Kinesiology, before earning his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. As his interest of the brain and body progressed, he pursued advanced training in clinical neurosciences, where he earned board certifications in both Chiropractic Neurology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Over the past decade, his clinical experience has centered largely on head injuries and the resulting neurological aftermath, where he finds complex cases particularly rewarding — drawing from his deep understanding of the nervous system to uncover what’s driving a patient’s symptoms through objective findings, then building a targeted treatment path toward recovery using evidence-based care.
When not with patients, Dylan enjoys traveling to new places, staying active, and spending time with his wife and their dogs — especially by the water.
